Return & Refund Policy
Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns on most items.
However, in limited circumstances, a return may be considered if the following conditions are met:

A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the item

The item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition

The return is approved by our team before being shipped
If a return is approved, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
To request a return, please contact us at info@natashacaballero.com with your order number, photos of the product and packing slip, and reason for the request.
If the returned item meets the above conditions upon inspection, store credit will be issued. We do not issue refunds for approved returns.
Exchanges
If an item needs to be exchanged due to size or color availability, we will do our best to accommodate the request depending on current inventory.
Out of Stock Items
If an item or selected color becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will first offer:

An exchange for another available color or item, or
-
A refund to the original payment method if a suitable replacement cannot be arranged.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@natashacaballero.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
