Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
She Is | Proverbs 31® is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is assumed by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
