Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume seasons.
Shipping Within the United States
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes:
- Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days
- Priority or Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control.
International Shipping
We proudly ship internationally through our production partner Apliiq, which ships to over 150 countries.
International Delivery Estimates
- USPS First Class International: ~2–3 weeks
- USPS Priority International: up to ~2 weeks
- USPS Express International: ~3–5 business days
Delivery times vary by destination and local customs policies.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International customers are responsible for:
- Any customs fees
- Import taxes
- VAT
- Duties
- Any additional charges imposed by the destination country
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid upon delivery if required by your local customs office.
International Order Verification
For some international orders, our production partner Apliiq may request additional payment or identity verification to prevent fraud. If required, you will be contacted directly.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Incorrect Address
Please confirm your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- We’re happy to assist where possible, but the carrier will have the most accurate information.
